Flying a drone?
You must have permission if you want to fly a drone near Göteborg Stallbacka Airport. Apply for permission to fly in our control zone here.
Before you fly your drone, you must also obtain permission from the control tower (“Tornet”) by calling 0520-42 93 61. We can only grant permission for short periods, always depending on other air traffic. You must be available by phone for the entire flight, and interruptions may occur with short notice.
The air traffic control hours are primarily Monday–Friday and Sunday, but as an emergency airport, we can open at any time of day or night. When air traffic control is closed, the airspace is uncontrolled. Please note that you still need to provide your details during these times.
